Psychedelic compounds are not, by themselves, healing agents. What they do is create a window — days to weeks of heightened neuroplasticity — during which the brain becomes unusually open to learning and change. What happens inside that window is determined by preparation, environment, and structured support. That is a design problem. And most programs aren't solving it.
